Globeeday ("the Company") values your personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. This policy explains what personal information the Company collects through this website, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how it is protected.
1. Information collected and how it is collected
- Required: name, company or brand name, email address, inquiry type, message.
- Optional: phone number.
- Generated automatically during use: access IP address, browser and device information, date and time of access, and similar service-use records.
- Method of collection: submission of the website contact form, and email sent directly to the Company.
The Company does not collect sensitive information or unique identifiers such as resident registration numbers.
2. Purpose of processing
- Receiving your inquiry, confirming its content, and replying to you.
- Consultation and follow-up communication regarding a possible business relationship such as brand partnership, distribution or wholesale.
- Maintaining website security and preventing abusive or automated submissions.
The Company does not use your information for advertising or marketing without separate consent.
3. Retention and use period
- Inquiry records: one year from completion of the reply, after which they are destroyed without delay.
- If the inquiry leads to a contract, the relevant records are kept for the period required by the applicable law, such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Framework Act on National Taxes.
- If you withdraw your consent or ask for deletion before the period ends, the information is destroyed immediately unless a law requires it to be kept.
4. Provision to third parties
The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties. It is disclosed only where you have given separate consent in advance, where a law so provides, or where an investigative agency requests it under the procedure prescribed by law.
5. Outsourced processing and transfer overseas
To operate this website and deliver inquiries, the Company uses the external services below. Their servers are located outside the Republic of Korea, so the items listed are transferred and stored overseas.

6. Destruction of personal information
When the retention period ends or the purpose of processing is achieved, the Company destroys the information without delay. Electronic files are deleted by a technical method that makes them unrecoverable, and printed documents are shredded or incinerated.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may at any time ask to access, correct, delete or suspend the processing of your personal information, and you may withdraw your consent. Requests sent by email or in writing to the contact below are handled without delay. You may also act through a representative such as a legal guardian or a person you have authorised.
8. Security measures
- Administrative: the number of people who handle personal information is kept to a minimum, and they are trained on how to handle it.
- Technical: the website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the accounts holding inquiry records is controlled by passwords and access rights.
- Physical: printed documents containing personal information are stored in a locked place.
9. Cookies and automatic collection tools
This website does not use cookies for advertising or behavioural tracking. It stores your language choice (Korean or English) in your browser local storage so the site opens in the language you last chose. That value stays in your browser, is not sent to the Company, and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser site data.

11. Changes to this policy
